Last week, I had the honor to style and photograph a stunning, floral birthday cake, made by Angie, the lovely owner of Tortenhimmel in Winterthur, Switzerland.

Angie is a Professional Cake Maker and creates her sweet desserts with a lot of care and attention to detail. She lovingly produces masses of fondant flowers and her sweet creations are stunning works of art.
